Inside The Mind Of Hugh Williams
Community is a word we use at leisure with desire of in-depth meaning and purpose. Our environments have shaped us into the people we are today. My Jamaican roots have shaped my morals and values to revolve around prioritizing family and community. I have grown into a mindset of making people my number one thing. The subconscious development of perspective, relationships with others and values are things I have curated and actively brought into my conscious mind.
“If anyone asks you to help them, you should help them.”
I am a believer of putting people in a position to succeed at what they do well. I am always willing to try something new and explore new people. I value those who have new ideas, innovative business strategies, and more often than not, smarter than me. It is important to have those types of minds around in order to enhance my own skillsets and gain new perspective. Fluidity within the mind and your personal network is something we all can use to become better versions of ourselves to propel our personal success in life and business. I personally believe there is power within recognizing your individual strengths and weaknesses. I have built my team/network based on the philosophy of filling voids within present weaknesses amongst collective and individual efforts. I encourage those to promote their strengths by maximizing opportunities to utilize their skillsets. Of course, you have the outliers of the world who, to the untrained eye, have minuscule weak points but we as a whole are of the rule not the exception to this theory. The power of people lies within the chosen strategy of our collective efforts and talent diversity.
“Fill the voids.”
The way to do something outrageous is to think outrageous. It is common to fall within an ideology that we should “stay in our lane”. The ecosystem of my network is based on like minded people whose strategies appears unconventional yet we aim to efficiently cultivate, consult and close on a mass scale. I look forward to sustaining networks and building new relationships with people who respect work ethic and creativity. By putting yourself and others in a position to be scalable we create avenues for lucrative opportunities for business, expanding network economy and define individual success.
